Finn Blaxland

The Week In Finn (April 6, 2008)

Finn & Mommy on the Seine.

Finn chasing pigeons around the Jardin des Tuileries.

Deciding his next move: Tuileries.

Some kind of arch product (Arc du Carrousel) with a pyramid behind it (Louvre).

Riding the Seine on the Batobus.

Walking down to Notre Dame.

Shopping in the shadows of La Madeleine Church.

Big pants, little pants.

Inspecting the day out his hotel. Or as Finn likes to call it the Show-and-Tell.

Though this looks like a scrumptious meal again in the Tuileries in front of the Louvre, Finn is actually spitting OUT the chocolate waffle.

Someone turned this pyramid upside-down!

Yeah, there's a painting over there (Mona Lisa).

Pacing the Louvre hallways.

Finn trying out a kooky sidewalk sculpture/fountain in front of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Yet another view from another of Finn's Parisian hotel rooms.

Someone is pouting in Montmatre (sounds like an indie rock band...doesn't it).

That's better, riding the funicular down the Montmatre hills.

Knocking one back in Amélie's cafe, the Two Windmills.

Finn secures, the coveted Eiffel Tower award for Excellence in being Finn.

Doing the Marilyn Monroe outside the Moulin Rouge.

Chicken & fries are best enjoyed with a movie: this time at Razowski's on the Place Marché St Honoré.

Experimenting at a science museum in the Palais de la Découverte.

Back at the Show-and-Tell, Finn's new train set up includes a gold Tower of Eiffel.

Finn & Daddy start off their guys day out with a hearty breakfast.

Possibly Finn's favorite thing in Paris, the Metro trains.

The Eiffel Tower and Finn.

Unknown to many, the playground at the Eiffel Tower is much better than actually going up the tower.

According to Finn at least.

Another shot of Finn admiring the tower.

For Easter, that's right, it's a giant chocolate chicken.

Photography Notes

While great fun, Paris was really a test run for a trip to Australia with Finn (about 3 times as far).
